We've Been Grilling up a Storm

Yummy Beef Kabobs

We cook out year round, but we really put it into high gear in the summer. Food just tastes so great cooked outdoors over charcoal.

This week we've been trying out some new grass fed beef by La Cense. Excellent meat. It's lower in fat - around the same as grilled chicken. The flavor is very nice with the natural feeding.

I usually hand pat my hamburgers, but we had beef patties from La Cense. They were much better than most of the formed patties that we've tried. The boys said thumbs up.

With the kabob beef, I made . . . shock . . . kabobs. There are loads of ways to make kabobs though. I did some with beef, bacon and onions and then some beef and veggie kabobs. Making kabobs is trickier than many other grilled foods. Check out my kabob guide if you need some extra help.
